In addition to moral theology, my research focuses primarily on medical and bioethics. In particular, I deal with ethical questions at the end of life.

Als Mitglied diverser Ethikkomitees und Gremien ist mir der Wissenstransfer zwischen Theorie und Praxis ein Anliegen. Derzeit beschäftige ich mich besonders mit der Implementierung von klinischer Ethik und „Spiritual Care“ in Gesundheitseinrichtungen.
